To rotate desired object(s), set the Mode of select to Rotate. You can do it before or after selecting the object(s). A bounding box will be displayed around the object(s) along with a filled circle. This filled circle is the Rotation Center in the center of the object(s). The object(s) is rotated around that Rotation Center. To move it to another location, drag it with your mouse, and drop it in your preferred location.

You can rotate the object(s) manually or specify an exact angle.

To rotate the object(s) manually, move the mouse pointer to one of the four angular points of the bounding rectangle, press the left mouse button and move the mouse. When you set the object(s) in the desired position, release the mouse button.

You can also specify the exact angle of rotation (in degrees) using the Rotate Object dialog box. To open this dialog box select Rotate Object from the New Object toolbar or the Object menu.
